Oppression in modern society is not only a function of gender, but also race, class, sexuality, religion, age, ability, location, and many many other things. So anyone claiming that men are not oppressed is wrong.
Feminism indicates a broad/general inequality between the sexes, yes, but does not discount the fact that there are MANY exceptions and caveats that make men the victims of oppression...
